Labour Court Kishtwar Disbursed Financial Claim of Rs 6,27,760 to the petitioners under Employees Compensation Act 1923.
Kishtwar 29 July 2022: Office of the Assistant Labour Commissioner (ALC) Kishtwar today disbursed the financial claim of Rs. 6,27,760 to the petitioners in the case titled as “Phool Devi & ors V/s President Gompa construction Committee, Lossani Machail, through Sonam Narboo which was awarded in favour of the petitioners.
Assistant Labour Commissioner Kishtwar, Amit Kumar (JKAS) handed over the invoice of Rs 6,27,760/- to the petitioners that includes the widow namely Phool Devi and three daughters namely Kajal Devi, Neeru Devi, Monika Devi & one minor son namely Anit singh.
The petitioners thanked Assistant Labour Commissioner for speedy disposal of the case and immediate disbursement of the awarded amount in their favour.
The court of Assistant Labour Commissioner Kishtwar is working for the speedy disposal of cases pending at Labour court Kishtwar under various Act, and Assistant Labour commissioner kishtwar assured that the pending cases shall be disposed off within prescribed time frame.
