Bandipora: Under the guidance of District Development Commissioner Bandipora Dr.Owais Ahmad (IAS)and supervision of District Child Protection officer Bandipora ubaid ul khazir (JKAS)Today on 20/06/2022 ICPS Bandipora in calloboration with labour Department, Education Department, special juvenile police unit, NGO’s(AAA FOUNDATION,JKASW JKSWM) conducted a rally including children from Bagh High school Bandipora. The rally started from Bagh Bandipora through main market and visited many spots. Clear cut message was given to the public regarding consequences of employing children in hazardous works. In this regard week long observation of child labour week concluded with mass awareness regarding importance of children education, consequences of labour on physical and mental wellbeing of the children. Also an oath was taken to conduct anti child labour drives in the future and punish the culprits involved so that child labour is eradicated in all means in the District.
